The handover process is relatively complex, but once you get your head around the roles of the various parties, things fall into place.

The Residents’ Association (RA) has prepared a document that describes the roles of the key players and this also includes a diagram showing the key steps over time.

The only significant change in the process described in the embedded document is that First Port has taken over from Chamonix acting as the Estate Manager appointed by Bloor Homes.
