The main activity currently being undertaken on the Public Open Space (POS) is that of general maintenance. Bloor Homes is currently responsible for maintaining the POS in line with the Management Plan until the POS is fully handed over to the Management Company.

The Management Plan forms part of the agreement reached between VWHDC and Bloor Homes in support of their original planning application.

The developer and/or the Management Company is committed to adhering to the Management Plan for 5 years after completion.

At present, Bloor Homes’ view of maintenance extends to cutting the grass on a fortnightly basis. They have engaged a local company (Green and Growing) to undertaken this work on their behalf.
