Snagging List

The Dovecote has been maintaining a list of snagging issues since Feb 2020, prior to the formation of The Dovecote Residents’ Association (TDRA). Since then, it has evolved and has been communicated to Chamonix, Bloor and Vale of White Horse District Council (VWHDC) at various points.

This snagging list has now been subsumed into the list of works identified during the two pre-inspection meetings that the TDRA has attended alongside Bloor Homes and VWHDC. More info about these pre-inspection meetings can be found here: /the-ra/handover-meetings/.

However, the TDRA is expecting that a final full and comprehensive list of snags will be compiled ahead of the next pre-inspection meeting. The timing of this meeting will be dependent upon when VWHDC makes resource available to support the handover process.
