The Residents’ Association (RA) engages with various suppliers and government agencies, especially in progressing the handover from developer to the Management Company.
The RA has broken down correspondence by recipient. Where the same correspondence is issued to more than one party, this will appear in both of their lists.
This list currently only includes all of the formal documents issued. A significant number of emails have been exchanged with these parties and these need will be added into this list of correspondence in due course. Only logged in users can access the relevant documentation. You can log in here.
Bloor Homes (BH)
Bloor Homes is the developer, responsible for the construction of properties on The Dovecote and establishing the Public Open Space (POS).

Chamonix (CH)
Chamonix was the original Estate Manager appointed by Bloor Homes. Chamonix were bought out by First Port in 2021.

Fairfield Company Secretaries (FCS)
Fairfield is the company secretary appointed by Bloor Homes and/or Chamonix to oversee formal reporting on behalf of the Management Company.

First Port (FP)
First Port bought out Chamonix in 2021. Therefore, First Port is now the Estate Manager appointed by Bloor Homes.

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC)
OCC will be adopting the roads and street lighting across The Dovecote. Note there are a couple of short private roadways which will NOT be adopted by OCC. Residents affected understand this.
